HOW TO BOOK A SIMULATOR BAY
Book your next GOLFBOX session directly through our website or through the TrackMan Golf app.
OPTION 1: BOOK ON OUR WEBSITE
The easiest way to reserve a bay is directly through the GOLFBOX website.
1. SELECT BOOK A BAY
Click the Book a Bay button anywhere on our website.
2. CHOOSE AN AVAILABLE BAY
3. ADD PLAYERS
Each bay accommodates up to four golfers.
4. SELECT A DATE AND TIME
5. INDIGENOUS BOOKINGS
Enter your valid 10-digit Status number.
6. REVIEW AND PAY
7. CHECK YOUR EMAIL
Receive booking details and your door access code.
Need more time?
Additional bay time may be purchased in 30-minute increments during your session, when available.
OPTION 2: BOOK THROUGH THE TRACKMAN GOLF APP ▼
1. DOWNLOAD OR OPEN THE APP
Download the TrackMan Golf app or open it if it is already installed.
2. LOG IN
Log in using your TrackMan account credentials.
3. OPEN THE TRACKMAN LOCATOR
Tap the Locator icon in the bottom-right corner.
4. FIND GOLFBOX
Search for GOLFBOX and select our Westbank facility.
5. SELECT BOOK NOW
You will be redirected to Your Golf Booking.
6. CHOOSE YOUR BAY OPTION
Select the available bay option.
7. ADD PLAYERS
Enter the number of golfers and tap Next.
8. SELECT YOUR DATE AND TIME
Choose your preferred available session.
9. CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING AND COMPLETE PAYMENT
10. RECEIVE YOUR CONFIRMATION
Upcoming bookings are available under Me → My Bookings.
GOLFBOX Members: Sign in to Your Golf Booking using the email connected to your GOLFBOX membership to receive eligible rates and benefits.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
1. ENTER GOLFBOX
Enter your pin on the door keyboard and press the right arrow ENTER key button.
2. GO TO YOUR BAY
Proceed to your assigned simulator bay.
3. START YOUR SESSION
Enter your session code at your bay, then connect with the Trackman app or play as a guest.
UNSTAFFED FACILITY
Only use your assigned bay during your reserved time and review your confirmation before arriving.

GOLF CLUBS
Bring your own clubs.
GOLF BALLS
Use clean, unmarked golf balls.
FOOTWEAR
Wear clean indoor footwear.
BIR-TEES
Simulator BIR-Tees are provided to help protect screens, walls and guests.
BAY REMINDERS
ONE SWINGER AT A TIME
Remain behind the hitting area while another guest is swinging.
RESPECT THE BAY
Keep food, drinks, bags and clubs away from the hitting area.
CARE FOR THE EQUIPMENT
Use clean, unmarked balls and approved simulator tees. Never strike foreign objects toward the screen.
KEEP IT TIDY
Leave the bay clean and ready for the next guest.
HAVE FUN
Play safely and remember that your booking ends at the scheduled time.
