Guests may bring suitable food and non-alcoholic beverages, subject to GOLFBOX facility guidelines. The hospitality area is not a full kitchen or food-preparation space.

Send us your preferred date, time and group details, and we will confirm availability and next steps.
1 CHOOSE YOUR BOOKING LENGTH
Select a four-hour half-day or eight-hour full-day option.
2 COMPLETE THE REQUEST FORM
Use our Jotform to provide your preferred date, start time, group size and booking details.
3 WE REVIEW AVAILABILITY
Your request is not confirmed automatically. We will review the date, room setup and booking details.
4 RECEIVE CONFIRMATION
Once availability is confirmed and payment is completed, you will receive an email confirmation with your booking details.
5 RECEIVE YOUR DOOR ACCESS CODE
Your confirmation email will include the door access code used to enter GOLFBOX through the same main entrance used by simulator-bay guests.
6 MEET AND CONNECT
Arrive and enjoy your time in the GOLFBOX boardroom.

As GOLFBOX becomes established, we plan to introduce group experiences that combine the upstairs event space with our TrackMan iO simulator bays.
