GOLFBOX is a 24/7 indoor golf facility designed to be safe, welcoming,
and accessible for all. By booking or entering, you agree to the following.
GOLFBOX is a 24/7 indoor golf facility designed to be safe, welcoming, and accessible for all players. By booking or entering the facility, guests agree to follow all posted guidelines and staff instructions.
• All guests must check in before entering their bay.
• Bays must be used only for their intended purpose: golf play and practice.
• Please respect the space, equipment, and other guests at all times.
• GOLFBOX reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in unsafe or disruptive behaviour.
Bookings
• All bookings must be made online through our reservation system.
• Each booking reserves one private bay for the selected duration.
• Guests are responsible for ensuring they arrive on time for their session.
Cancellations
• Cancellations made 12+ hours before the booking time will receive a full refund or credit.
• Cancellations made under 12 hours are non refundable.
• No shows will be charged the full session amount.
Late Arrivals
• Your session begins and ends at the scheduled time.
• Late arrivals do not extend the booking window.
Safety is our top priority. To ensure a safe environment:
• Only one person may swing a club at a time.
• All guests must remain behind the hitting area while someone is swinging.
• No running, horseplay, or unsafe behaviour is permitted.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Guests are responsible for using equipment safely and correctly.
GOLFBOX is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety guidelines.
• Guests may bring their own clubs.
• Rental clubs are available on-site (subject to availability).
• Please clean your clubs before use to protect simulator screens.
• Damaged equipment caused by misuse may result in repair or replacement charges.
• Outside food and non alcoholic beverages are permitted.
• Alcohol is NOT permitted in the facility.
• Guests who appear intoxicated may be asked to leave for safety reasons.
GOLFBOX is committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive environment.
• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Respect for Westbank First Nation Land and culture is expected from all guests.
• Please treat staff, other guests, and the facility with care and courtesy.
• Please leave your bay in good condition for the next guest.
• Dispose of garbage in provided bins.
• Report any spills, damage, or equipment issues immediately.
• Guests may be charged for damage caused by negligence or misuse.
GOLFBOX respects your privacy.
• Personal information collected during booking is used only for reservation management and communication.
• We do not sell or share customer information with third parties.
• Security cameras are in place for safety and operational purposes.
Because GOLFBOX operates 24/7:
• Sessions interrupted by power outages or technical failures will be credited or rescheduled.
• Weather does not affect indoor play, but may impact travel — please plan accordingly.
• GOLFBOX is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Items left behind will be held for 14 days before being donated or discarded.
As GOLFBOX grows, we plan to introduce:
• Lessons and coaching through local teaching professionals
• Leagues and community events
• Youth and beginner programs
